Return Policy

Therefore, we offer a no-hassle returns policy: if your Stink Bug Machine™ does not perform as promised or if you are otherwise unhappy with your purchase, simply return it postage paid within 30 days of purchase and we will promptly refund the purchase price. Please email us at support@stinkbugmachine.com or use one of the contact forms on this site if you wish to return your product or if you have any questions or concerns.
The Stink Bug Machine™ is shipped in its packaging carton and in a slightly larger cardboard box for protection. Please return your machine in this original packaging, if possible. In the unlikely event that the machine is damaged in shipping, please contact us within five days of delivery at support@stinkbugmachine.com and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
If your Stink Bug Machine™ is defective and you would like a replacement, 2d1c Solutions will cover the cost of return shipping and promptly send out a new Stink Bug Machine™.
